- Start with some internal commitments that you're happy to publicise. Example of Founders Factory’s commitments here . You might pick out things to implement yourselves from these commitments (i.e a code of conduct, equalities statement)

- This is a master list of job boards, agencies and more that you can use to help access a diverse talent pool.
- Some D&I focused Job platforms to consider posting on at all times (which we've had results with) listed here.
- &forall - this website offers a free basic I&D diagnostic to help assess where you're at on your journey - it takes 15-20 minutes to complete their assessment and you get a report with some things to action straight away.
- Tech Nation has a great I&D toolkit which you can find here.
- Readme's - see examples here. They're obviously personal, so what you include is whatever is important to you - so good to see a range I think. I think an important thing to emphasise is that tools like this work best when they're reciprocal - i.e. not just leaders, but everyone in the team creates one and understands what this means for working together with each other.
